This Privacy Policy explains how Kodeoo ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our content creation platform for real estate professionals (the "Service"). The data controller is AZURAVA (SASU), a company registered in France (SIREN 937 750 974), whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. 1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, password and profile details (brokerage, market, specialties).
• Content you provide: photos, listing information, captions, and any text you upload or generate.
• Public Instagram data: when you run a profile analysis or connect your account, we process publicly available profile and post data to produce your diagnostic and content.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service and its features.
• To generate and personalize your content and previews.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase).
• Payments (Stripe).
• AI processing (Anthropic) to generate content from your inputs.
• Social platforms (Meta / Instagram and Facebook) when you choose to connect an account or publish.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users and the Service.

4. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it.
• Request access to, or a copy of, your personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.

5. Fair Housing

Kodeoo is a tool for creating real estate marketing content. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with the Fair Housing Act and applicable fair housing laws, and does not discriminate based on any protected characteristic. Our AI is instructed to avoid discriminatory or steering language, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what you publish.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Kodeoo is operated from France and uses service providers that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
